A Small Design is a compact freestyle pattern shaved into the fade — a single line, an initial, a small shape or symbol — added into a skin fade or shaved section without turning the whole head into a canvas. It's a quick way to add something personal to a regular cut.

A Small Design works well when you want something extra without a big commitment — a line through a part, a small shape behind the ear, or a subtle detail worked into a fade. It's a good starting point if you've never gotten a shaved design before and want to see how it looks without going all-in. Since it's shaved into the fade itself, it grows out on the same 2-to-3-week schedule as any other skin fade or razor fade, so it needs the same rebook timing to stay sharp.

The design is shaved freehand with clippers or a trimmer directly into the fade, usually worked into the transition zone where the hair is already short. Simpler shapes and single lines take only a few extra minutes inside the normal Basic Haircut or Full Service appointment — there's no separate booking or added time beyond the regular cut.

A Small Design doesn't cost extra — it's included in the $40 Basic Haircut or $50 Full Service, whichever you're already booking. Describe what you want or bring a photo when you book, and it gets worked into the same appointment at no added charge.
